   Registration closes August  2nd, NO Exceptions!

2009 SOCCER, VOLLEYBALL, & FLAG FOOTBALL

-Soccer (age 4 to 14) Coed                

-Volleyball (girls only age 6 to 14)    

-Flag Football (age 4 -14 COED)         Evening games will not conflict with Soccer

PARTICIPANTS WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING FOR PROOF OF AGE AND RESIDENCE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION:

-Birth Certificate

-Utility Bill (SAWS, CPS, or AT&T) or Parishioner’s envelope

REGISTRATION FEES, DATES & TIMES

Soccer                                                 $ 75.00

Volleyball                                            $ 75.00

Flag Football                                       $75.00  ($50.00 Fee if played in conjunction with soccer)

*Note: Registration fees DO NOT include uniforms
