DATES: Thursday February 10th – 6:30pm – 8:00pm (in Portable 1) Sunday February 13th – After Morning Masses (in Church Hall) Thursday March 3rd – 6:30pm – 8:00pm (in Portable 2) Sunday March 6th – After 8:30am & 10:30am Masses only (in Church Hall) Registration closes March 6st NO, EXCEPTIONS!!
NEW PARTICIPANTS WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING FOR PROOF OF AGE AND RESIDENCE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION: -Birth Certificate -Utility Bill (SAWS, CPS, or AT&T) or Parishioner’s envelope Participants must either be registered parishioners at Prince of Peace or live within the Diocesan established boundaries.
REFUND POLICY a) Player drops prior to Commitment night FULL Refund less $12 form fee b) Player drops between Commitment night ½ of fee collected minus $12 form fee and beginning of league play. c) Player drops after league play begins NO Refund d) Team does not form FULL Refund NOTE: These fees are to be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after any of the above situations occur.
